English plus tennis in the UK
If you want to learn both English and tennis during your summer holidays, at ECS you can add professional tennis coaching to your summer school experience.
ECS is a great option for children and teenagers looking for an English language and tennis summer camp in the UK. Our English plus tennis summer course includes 15 hours of English tuition and 4 hours of tennis tuition each week, in addition to our daily sports programme, and a range of activities and excursions.
Our tennis coaching is delivered to a small group by an experienced instructor, qualified by the Lawn Tennis Association. Lessons are available for all abilities, from beginners to advanced, with a maximum of eight students per session.
Lesson content will vary according to age and ability and will include warm-ups, exercises and games to develop agility, balance, coordination and speed; demonstration and practice of tennis skills; tactics and psychology; and guided match-play.

Booking: Places are limited and must be booked and paid for in advance.
Tennis lessons take place on the campus, on Port Regis School's tennis courts. This makes access to the courts very easy and there is no travel required Pupils can also practise on the courts (with supervision). Our English language summer school is residential with excellent sports facilities on site, great for a juniors English with tennis summer camp.
Whether playing for the first time or taking your skills to the next level, combining English with tennis coaching will help pupils develop every aspect of their tennis game.
All equipment is provided for the tennis lessons, which take place on campus. Pupils should pack clothes for sports, but there is no need to bring a racket or balls.
